Cancellation Policy
Online bookings must be made 24 hours before start time. To book same day appointments, please contact the front desk. Cancellations and reschedules must be made 24 hours before start of treatment to avoid cancellation fees. Under 24 hour cancellations will receive a 25% cancellation fee. We allow a one time reschedule per appointment for no charge. If the same appointment is cancelled or rescheduled a 100% fee will be charged to your credit card. No Shows will result in a 100% of service charge to your credit card and require PREPAYMENT for all future bookings.
