Our Signature Sourdough loaves boast a crisp outer shell and soft crumb inside. We use locally grown Montana grains, Kamut, Einkorn, and Hard Red Winter Wheat creating a flavorful, nutty blend. Ancient grains offer vitamins, minerals, and easier digestion. A bread that you will love the taste and the healthy benefits.
Bagels & Schmere's
Our bakery case is filled every day with fresh baked bagels, but not any bagels. We source our bagels directly from New York, providing you with an authentic, kettle boiled bagel. No preservatives, just hand rolled, kettle boiled, served up with some of our house made schmere's.
Fresh Baked Butterhorns
Anaconda's favorite Nostalgic treat. While we keep true to the original flavor and profile of Winds Bakery, we have added our own spin that enhances the butter flavor and flaky texture with enhanced benefits from Kamut and Einkorn flours.
