Fresh Sourdough Loaves
Our Signature Sourdough loaves boast a crisp outer shell and soft crumb inside. We use locally grown Montana grains, Kamut, Einkorn, and Hard Red Winter Wheat creating a flavorful, nutty blend. Ancient grains offer vitamins, minerals, and easier digestion. A bread that you will love the taste and the healthy benefits.

Thursday:
Sourdough Bagels and Schmears
Our Signature Sourdough Bagels offer the same Kamut, Einkorn, and Hard Red Winter Wheat Montana grown grains as our sourdough bread. A slight sweet, buttery, and nutty undertone flavors that make these bagels unforgettable paired with our Honey-Walnut Schmear.

Fridays:
Fresh Baked Butterhorns
Anaconda's favorite Nostalgic treat. While we keep true to the original flavor and profile of Winds Bakery, we have added our own spin that enhances the butter flavor and flaky texture with enhanced benefits from Kamut and Einkorn flours. Original, Nutty, and specialty flavors available Every Friday!

Quick breads & Muffins
Saturdays are meant for sharing with those you love and hold dear. We curated a menu to create moments and memories through flavors that spark joy and love.
